问题描述：

我在运行basicHttpBinding的远程Windows VPS中托管了WCF Web服务C＃。无法访问远程服务器上的WCF服务

问题是，我通过远程桌面浏览到服务器计算机上的服务URL工作正常，但尝试浏览使用外部IP地址（远程或本地即时）不起作用。（它显示给我的浏览器消息 “此网站无法达到”）例：

http://localhost:99/Service1.svc（OK）

http://8.35.36.82:99/Service1.svc从服务器的远程桌面（OK）
