TWS用户名密码修改后执行composer "delete js=@#@ noask"的时候报如下错误：
  AWSBEH021E The user "maestro" is not authorized to access the server on host "127.0.0.1" using port "21116".
  AWSBIA286E Total errors: 1.
  AWSBIA290I Total objects deleted: 0
解决方法:
Remove or rename the <twshome>/.TWS/useropts_<mdm_user> file and access the conman command line interface.
where "mdm_user" = the name of the TWS user that runs on the Master Domain Manager.

1、删除<twshome>/.TWS/useropts_<mdm_user> file
2、使用tws用户执行conman命令，会提示你输入新密码，新密码生成后会生成新的文件<twshome>/.TWS/useropts_<mdm_user>
3、在控制台重新录入新的密码，即可使用TWS
