XAMPP：“错误：Apache意外关机”不是Skype
问题描述：
我的XAMPP Apache在正常工作几次后随机关闭。XAMPP：“错误：Apache意外关机”不是Skype
这是在卸载旧版本之后的全新XAMPP安装。
我没有安装Skype，也不知道为什么Apache突然开始给我这个问题。

它以管理员身份运行。但我找到了一种方法来实现它的工作。经过一些Google搜索后，我注意到Windows“World Wide We Publishing-Service”干扰了XAMPP的Apache。所以我运行CMD命令“net stop was/y”，Apache停止给我提供问题。 感谢您的帮助。 – Arteau

我通过在CMD中运行“net stop was/y”命令得到了它的工作。
显然，一些Windows服务（万维网发布服务，Net.Msmq侦听器适配器服务和Windows进程激活服务）干扰了XAMPP的Apache。
