SImplexml缓慢还是WordPress的update_meta？

Webgrind（xdebug）似乎指向很多update_meta调用，但我不确定在cachegrind文件中查找和理解什么。

对于您的问题并非真正具体的答案，但由于您使用的是Wordpress，您是否尝试过使用WP All Import？它对ACF也有很好的实现（我认为你需要在这种情况下的专业版）
