过滤掉锐推与搜索API

这鸣叫是不是转推，它仅仅是与开始时的文本RT鸣叫。您可以看到on the original tweet，有没有'已转推'文字。

如果我发送文字为RT @somename: this is not a retweet的推文，您也会看到它。仅仅因为鸣叫以RT开头并不能成为正确的转推。
