如果你不需要它，你可以运行sudo apt-get remove kde-telepathy-minimal然后sudo apt-get clean，它应该阻止它尝试安装。

如果你仍然有问题后，你可以尝试sudo dpkg --purge --force-all kde-telepathy-minimal
