你的错误是：

Range(rngAddress, rngAddress.End(xlDown)).Select

这从塔的顶部向下到正上方的第一个空白单元格选择。插入将柱子的这部分向右移动，而将其余部分留在其中。当你再次选择你可能会得到一个更大的范围，因为你混合了两列。复制失败，因为您然后尝试将值复制到值的顶部。

如果没有任何意义，请使用F8单步执行宏并查看每一步发生了什么。
