问题描述：

我试图使用PHP代码/网页浏览器发送FCM。如何使用PHP发送FCM通知？

但问题是，当我发送邮件使用PHP的Web浏览器，它：

FCM通知只出现在虚拟设备。
FCM通知不会出现在真实的手机设备上。

而且我只能使用Firebase控制台向真实的手机设备发送FCM通知。
