ViewPager包含recycleview的片段。问题是，即使没有实例化recycleview，我也可以上下拖动工具栏和TabLayout。我希望该工具栏和TabLayout只在滚动recycleview时滚动。你有什么想法如何实现它？

tabLayout.setClickable(false); 

或

tabLayout.setEnabled(false);
