'1.1.2-3'版本在jcenter repo中不可用，它在您的文件系统中都不可用。

当我查看最新版本1.1.2-2是在2017年4月28日最后更新的jcenter中可用，所以请使用1.1.2-2版本而不是1.1.2-3。

您设置的Kotlin Gradle插件版本尚未在存储库上提供。尝试设置为任何其他版本，如：
