iis 7网站无法在iis上工作8.5

The directory or file specified does not exist on the Web server. 
The URL contains a typographical error. 
A custom filter or module, such as URLScan, restricts access to the file.

Create the content on the Web server. 
Review the browser URL.

Please make sure your application pool identity has access to the UNC path \FILESERVER\tech_share\Sites\LBS_ADOT2\Migrate\LBEService\
