在默认的Python 2.6安装中，有一个版本（虽然有点过时）已经包含在Mac OS X 10.6中的numpy。但是，如果你想要更新版本的numpy或者想要numpy + scipy，那么我建议你阅读我的安装说明：Python2.6+NumPy+SciPy+MatPlotLib on Mac OS X 10.6。

至于你得到的错误信息....注意它说“10.4”; numpy因为某些原因将Mac OS X 10.4 SDK硬编码到它中，所以如果你没有安装10.4 SDK（这是可选的，并且没有默认安装），那么你会得到这些错误。如果您重新安装Xcode，并选择Mac OS X 10.4 SDK，以便安装它，那么应该解决您遇到的问题。也就是说，我强烈建议安装Python.org的MacPython 2.6和numpy的二进制版本。
