第一步：

http://tools.android-studio.org/ 找到NDK包根据不同的系统选择不同的包下载

No toolchains found in the NDK toolchains folder for ABI with prefix: mips64el-linux-android

第二步：

解压后将toolchains下面的mips64el-linux-android-4.9文件夹拷贝到ndk的安装路径中的toolchains文件夹下。

No toolchains found in the NDK toolchains folder for ABI with prefix: mips64el-linux-android

重新编译项目，问题解决。
