根据个人在开发使用过程中遇到的错误为契机，将Android Studio的报错汇集一起，做一个记录，也提供给各位参考：
1、Error:android-apt plugin is incompatible with the Android Gradle plugin. Please use ‘annotationProcessor’ configuration instead.
解决方案：
plugin开始，第三方android-adt不在受支持，所以我们将项目中的adt 替换成 annotationProcessor。以Banner为例：
将 app下的adt依赖替换成 annotationProcessor，然后将apply plugin: ‘android-apt’去除：
将根目录下的build.gradle 中的依赖移除：
