maven项目的applicationContext.xml 和 springmvc.xml 头文件报错：

解决方案：
- 首先到Window(窗口)->Preferences(首选项) -> General -> Network Connections(网络连接) -> Cache 里面的缓存检查所需要的文件是否正确，不确定就直接点击Remove All 吧。
- 然后右击当前的 Project 选择 Validate，Eclipse 会重新加载 xsd 文件；
