Could not resolve all files for configuration ':tools:debugCompileClasspath'.

记一次痛苦的回忆，

看报错总觉得是maven { url "https://jitpack.io" }这个仓库的事

之前是也报过这种错，但是重新运行一次，或者清一清缓存就搞定了，只是偶尔会报一次，我也没在意，果然，苍天饶过谁，今天彻底爆发了，怎么搞都不行。

百度上很多这个问题答案：Could not resolve all files for configuration ':tools:debugCompileClasspath'.

但是大部分都是要求加上阿里的仓库，试了一下， 不行，或者说更改一下默认仓库

jcenter()和maven { url "https://jitpack.io" }的上下位置，不行。

解决方法：加上华为的仓库：具体原因是啥，我还是不知道，有知道的大佬，请告诉弟弟。
