二、安装过程
1.下载完成后，安装PLSQL Developer 开发工具，双击。
2.开始进入安装界面,点击Next。
3.同意协议，然后继续点击Next。
4.选择自己的安装的目录，然后选择第二项，Enter license information,输入注册信息（注册信息，看上一篇博客。），然后点击Next。
5.选择完整版，安装，next。
6.Finish安装完成。
