'Starting Tomcat v8.0 Server at localhost' has encountered a problem

解决方法：
在dos 环境下：输入 netstat -ano|findstr 8080
显示8080端口的进程：
查出是哪个进程占用8080端口之后，运行windows自带的taskkill命令，将上面的进程结束：taskkill /pid …/ f
