idea启动tomcat报错：
1.Error running 'Tomcat7.0.27': Unable to open debugger port (127.0.0.1:53883) java.net.SocketException
2.idea Cannot open URL.Please check this URL is correct
这两个错误本质是同一个错误，
解决办法，两个端口号要一致。
