可以确定，这类错误是配置问题，所以不要惊慌，最好的办法是把ftp的配置， 即 /etc/vsftp/ 下的 user_list vsftpd.conf 两个配置文件搞清楚。
网上很多是listen=NO
我改的是 user_list 下的文件屏蔽，只留自己创建的用户，
这样就解决这个问题。 再次证明，需要进一步研究配置文件
