可以同时绑定并连接到本地主机:8080——应用服务器可能会在该端口上与其他软件竞争

原因：
1.8080端口被占用，可以尝试修改Tomcat的端口，重启服务

2.Tomcat的默认端口8080没有被其他进程占用，在浏览器输入 127.0.0.1:8080 正常显示 Tomcat 页面 。有可能是因为在使用 IDEA 启动 Tomcat 服务时 ，Tomcat 服务已经开启了 例如：

Tomcat服务已经通过单击 .bat 文件启动，但是在 idea 启动 Tomcat 时 出现异常，解决方法为：先停止 Tomcat 服务，在idea重新启动服务即可
