下载后，将你的标签库jar添加到lib库中，你会发现标签库可以使用了，高高兴兴的使用结果，显示的页面提示

The absolute uri: [http://struts.apache.org/tags-html] cannot be resolved in either web.xml or the jar files错误

网上找了许久都没有发现正确的答案：

终于再仔细分析了路径后发现没有将包添加进入WEBIN/lib 的文件夹下，或许你说你讲jar导入了library中了呀，但是你没有将路径添加到WEBIN/lib 这里。

这里你会发现有一个小1，表示你的路径有问题，点击进去有个fix

然后检查路径是否成功过！
