我用的是idea。
主要原因是： jsp页面没有完成编译。所以导致环境找不到jsp页面。

具体步骤如下：两步按顺序都要执行
There was an unexpected error (type=Not Found, status=404). /WEB-INF/view/index.jsp)
然后执行：

再试，OK了。
