一、下载
1、打开PL/SQL Developer官网
浏览器中输入网址：https://www.allroundautomations.com/registered-plsqldev/
2、选择对应版本，点击“Download”按钮
向下拉首页，下载对应版本
二、安装
1、双击下载程序
2、点击“Next”
3、License Agreement
4、Destination Folder
5、setup type
6、Ready to Install the Program
三、连接
Username：用户名
Password：密码
Database：服务名
输入相关信息后点击OK即可连接数据库
