IDEA配置maven：
全局设置：File -> Other Settings -> Default Settings -> 搜索maven
myeclipse10配置maven：
1）打开Myeclipse, 进入window-preference-myeclipse-maven4myeclipse ，设置maven安装路径：
2）设置当前库地址
这里的local repository是根据\conf\setting.xml生成的
3）新建一个Web项目，选择 add maven support
