无法访问SQL Server Reporting Service
环境：Windows 2008 ，SQL Server 2005
问题：在Windows 2008上，先配置为DC，然后安装SQL Server及Service Pack。用Http://localhost/reports 验证Reporting Service 时出现问题：The report server is not responding. Verify that the report server is running and can be accessed from this computer.
进一步诊断：
使用SQL Server Management Studio 连接到报表服务器，出现错误：
解决方案：
找到C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.3\Reporting Services\ReportServer\rsreportserver.xml 文件，授权NETWORK SERVICES user对此文件的读和运行访问权限。
