使用navicat设置mysql允许外部IP连接【1130 - Host'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL serve】

解决办法：

1.在远程的机器上打开navicat，选中库，点击用户

2.点击新建用户，输入以下内容，
