解决方法：

http://archive.apache.org/dist/tomcat/tomcat-connectors/native/1.2.14/binaries/ ，点击下载

下载后解压缩，如果是64位电脑，将路径bin\x64下文件拷贝到C:\Windows\System32这个地址下重启项目即可
