解决idea中properties配置文件显示中文乱码

1、问题

用idea打开.properties的配置文件，所有的中文注释都出现了乱码；

2、解决方法：

idea中在file->setting->editor->file encodings下，把编码格式都设置为UTF-8，并且把transparent native-to-ascll conversion勾选上就行了。
