ArcGIS GDB中要素类不可编辑

要编辑存储于gdb中的要素类时，提示"no editable layers".

图层警告"check to see that you have the appropriate permissions"

注记要素类编辑属性提示"Error updating annotation feature class extension properties"

解决方法：  查看 Windows Explorer 中的文件属性，取消只读
