SEVERE: Could not contact [localhost:[8005]]. Tomcat may not be running.问题解决

问题来源:在linux CentOs7 环境下配置tomcat,shutdown命令报错无法停止进程
在网上搜过好多类似案例都无法解决,最终在以为老哥的博客中看到了有效的解决办法

1,找到你的jdk目录例如’'jdk1.8.0_172-amd64 /jre/lib/security/",在该文件夹下打开编辑java.security文件(vim java.security)
2,将 “securerandom.source=file:/dev/random”
修改为 "securerandom.source=file:/dev/./urandom "
3,重启tomcat就可以了
