mysql-8.0.16 secure-file-priv 数据导出问题解决
1. 使用 show variables like "%secure%"只能看到secure-file-priv的values是NULL，看不到这个文件的位置，因此很多解决方法在这里就无从下手。
2.我们在D:\Program Files\mysql-8.0.16-winx64找到my.ini这个文件。
3.打开它
在mysqld下，添加secure-file-priv=。注意中间不是下划线，=后面也没有引号。
4.进入服务里面重启mysql即可
5.然后我们再次查看secure-file-priv的values。value成功改变了。
6.成功导出文件
