When I joined SAP in 2007, We still use ABAP webdynpro or WebClient UI to serve our customers’ UI requirement. At that time Fiori was not born yet, we even still use the good-old dynpro for internal tool development. In this journey I really gained some first-hand experience, pain-points and lessons-learned both externally from our customers/partners and internally from other SAP teams.

In my opinion, the CX is as important as other topic such as cloud transformation, cloud fundamental infrastructure etc. A good CX is vital for SAP to fight against the competitors.
