解决端口被占用的问题
出错信息：
Description:
Web server failed to start. Port 9001 was already in use.
Action:
Identify and stop the process that’s listening on port 9001 or configure this application to listen on another port.
9001端口被占用
解决办法：
首先windows+R,输入cmd

netstat -ano|findstr "9001"通过这个命令，进行查看占用9001端口的PID -
tasklist|findstr "8648"通过这个命令查看PID为8648的程序是什么， -
然后Ctrl+Alt+delete打开任务管理器，找到
DPAgent.exe，右键结束进程
