Leaders make mistakes

Leader make mistakes,everyone will make mistakes,it’s not enough if we make little mistakes ,every successful man will always make big mistakes, making mistakes is not enough, big mistakes are necessary,and they don’t care making mistakes,after making mistakes,they will learn from it ,and next time they will do it better ,so these people will have a big improvement,the people who is afraid of making mistakes always don’t have big process,so we shuold allow other peple to make mistakes and allow us to make mistakes.

like our teacher tell us learn not to be careful, you have to try new things in your life and business, when you take races, you will make mistakes, you will failed,but failure is required, you must do it, you must make mistakes, because without mistakes, you will never have big success, the people who succeed the most, who becomes the riches is usually the people who have big mistakes, because they always try new stuff ,try new things, they always try to do things much bigger, more intersting, they always make mistakes, but they will not cry and say “I make mistakes,” they learn from it and try other new things and do it much better, never give up ,new give in, it new ends.

so our teacher let us write our mistakes on the forms, but there still most members don’t do like that, they don’t write anything, why? Because they are afraid of making mistakes, so they don’t learn ,they learn slowly, because they are feared, the students who write their mistakes, they are the one who learn faster ,they are the best members, they are the master members, they are not afraid, they keep making mistakes again and again, they make a lot of mistakes, everyone consider their mistakes, but they don’t care. that’s why they learn faster, that’s why they learn quickly, that’s why they are the best members, that’s the one who make mistakes everyday ,and then they keep on communicating with others and learn from the mistakes and then they will continue trying new things.

So don’t care making mistakes, the more mistakes you make ,the more successful you will be.
