ngnix报错No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page

ngnix错误日志报错：No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page（目标多字节代码页中不存在Unicode字符的映射）

错误原因：把nginx放到了一个带有中文路径的目录下，导致的错误！
