解决方案：
1、 一定要查看安装日志信息，就跟对症下药一样，出现这个报错实际上由很多原因都可以导致，安装日志信息在安装路径下，对于我的安装日志为：D:\Ti_ccs6.1\ccsv6
2、 查看报错信息：在这个log文件中查找：ccs_setup_6.1.3.00034_install.log，我出现的提示为：
09/18/2020 09:13:56(GMT) - InstallBins - CCS_INFO: error message: libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile
一般来说，在报错的上面几行就能查到，后来针对这个问题解决，发项是qq拼英输入法驱动冲突的问题，卸载qq后，CCS安装成功。
