1. Open Outlook and select File > Account Settings.

2. Click Account Settings again.

3. Highlight the account you want to change the password on.

4. Click Change and enter your new password in the Password field.

5. Click Next > Finish.

Outlook2013

1. Open Outlook 2013.

2. Click File.

2. Select account settings, then account settings.

3. Select the email account whose password you want to change (make sure the email account is highlighted in blue as shown in the screenshot), then select Repair.

4.  The Repair Account screen will pop up, select Next. 

• After waiting for a few seconds, a new screen will pop up, which will prompt the user for a password.

5. Enter your new password into the box and select OK.
