1. sudo apt install xrdp
2. sudo vim /etc/xrdp/startwm.sh
把最下面的test和exec两行注释掉,添加一行
gnome-session
3. sudo apt-get install dconf-editor
4. dconf write /org/gnome/desktop/remote-access/require-encryption false
5. 启用屏幕共享
settings->Share->Screen Sharing
6. 重启ubuntu机器
7. windows远程桌面连接
【注】使用这种方法每次重启ubuntu机器后需要先在机器上登录一下，然后才能远程。解决方法可以将用户设置为自动登录，即机器重启后自动免密登录桌面，创建远程连接的session
