jupyter启动服务失败

如何jupyter启动问题
在终端输入：jupyter-notebook后，在使用过程中出现下图：
jupyter启动服务失败
此时jupyter是不能用的，我们可以在终端输入pip list

看见pywin32是225版本的，我们可以改为223版本，如图：

然后再重新启动jupyter-notebook即可！
