打开MySQL 5.7 Command Line Client - Unicode

（失败）：界面一闪而过

原因：

1 、不能直接打开Command Line Client窗口使用，需要先打开MySQL Workbench

2、 MySQL Workbench需要connection to the MySQL Server才可以

当出现MySQL Workbench there is no connection to the mySQL Server

需要建立连接：
