无法打开Eclipse marketplaces：系统找不到指定的路径

打开eclipse->help->eclipse marketplaces，报以下错误：
Cannot install remote marketplace locations: 系统找不到指定的路径。 解决方案
window->preferences->General->Network Connections
将active Provider设置为manual，如下图：
在重启eclipse，file->restart，如下图：
