Open up your device’s notifications by dragging down from the top of the screen. Each notification will still appear with an “X” beside it, as they always have. You can tap it to clear that individual notification.

To delete everything in one go, press and hold the “X” button next to any notification until the Clear All Notifications prompt appears. (Again, this requires 3D touch.)
