任务候选人是有权限对该任务进行操作的用户,
可以使用TaskService.addCandidateUser() 或 addCandidateGroup()实现,
可以在bpmn中进行配置,
可以使用监听器方式(需要继承TaskListener)
可以使用JUEL表达式实现,使用${}来引用,和EL表达式一样

这章我们介绍下怎么把任务非配给指定的某个人去执行。现实使用的时候我们也有见过前面一个人审批结束后会自动走到下一个审批人,如果不处理就会一直等待,这里也是同样的道理。
这里先把任务分配给xiaoliu001,也就是写死指定某个人
