今天安装最新版本eclipse，遇到超时问题：

解决：三个字：连热点

百试不爽！虽然也不清楚原因，但是电脑连上手机热点，这些外国软件、插件什么的，就是下的很快，包括github上的项目，用wifi就会奇慢无比，用流量热点，奇快无比。一直以来的经验。
