Anaconda 报 Importing the multiarray numpy extension module failed 错误
基于Anaconda环境，用make_blobs生成聚类测试数据，报出了Importing the multiarray numpy extension module failed的错误，语法上是没有错误的。
解决方案：把Anaconda安装目录下的 Library/bin 放到环境变量。
我的路径是 C:\ProgramData\Anaconda3\Library\bin
然后重启PyCharm，问题解决
