2、意思就是：
Myeclipse Tomcat v7.0无法在45秒内启动。如果服务器需要更多的时间
3、解决方式：
修改 workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core\servers.xml文件。
把其中的start-timeout="45" 改为 start-timeout="300" 或者更长，根据工程大小来设置。最后重启eclipse。
