IEEE Xplore格式检查生成pdf并进行认证

您好，
1、如果您是第一次使用该系统，请用您的邮箱注册；
2、请将您的源文件(Word或Latex)上传到IEEE，过几分钟后您将收到PDF文件，该文件为您的终稿
3、将该PDF文件上传到IEEE中，您将收到一封邮件,格式为(Congratulations! The following PDF has passed the PDF Check:-------)
4、将该邮件内容粘贴到txt文本文件中并保存，即为您的认证通过收条。

注：如果您出现多次错误，系统不让您检查时，请重新注册；

注意：

（1）提交letax时，需要将图表转为dvi格式的文件，否则会提示如下错误：

Your submission included a .tex file, but did not include the required .dvi file. Please resubmit your compressed file and ensure it includes the following: 
      -- DVI file

      -- EPS files for each graphic

（2）需要将图表换成eps格式，jpg等格式不行。否则提示如下错误：

The DVI source file you uploaded to the IEEE PDF eXpress site failed to produce a postscript file.  The postscript file is used for conversion to PDF.

使用命令 bmeps转换

使用前，建议你使用 bmeps -h 命令查看bmeps的帮助信息，如下：

注意其中的 -c 参数，默认 -g 是进行无彩色转换，所以如果你想要转换成彩色的，需要使用该选项。

其中的-t 参数是用来指定输入文件的类型，也可以不设置，程序会根据输入文件后缀自动识别。

具体命令如下：

bmeps -c example.jpg example.eps

使用这种方法转换得到的eps分辨率较高，推荐采用该方法。

（3）用winedit编译时要选择LaTet编译，不能选择PDFLaTeX,否则不会生成div文件。

这样就可以成功生成pdf文件，然后再讲pdf文件上传，收到验证通过的邮件，即可。
