手机升级到9.0以后，有时就会报这个错误，然后造成App闪退，如果拔了数据线，就不会报这个错了。。

出现此问题的原因是从Android 9开始的Apache HTTP客户端弃用。

暂时没有找到特别合适的解决方法；只能将compileSdkVersion更改为26，

网上说的：

这个本人亲测，没有解决实际的需要
