IntelliJ IDEA配置SpringMVC（目前MAC下唯一可以正常运行的版本）
1.NewProject -> Maven ->Create from archetype -> org.apache.maven.archetypes:maven-archetype-webapp 
2. 填写包名GroupId->填写项目名ArtifactId
3. 这两步我直接越过 -> finish
4. 等待加载之后的项目目录：
5. 创建java包和resource包，并右键 -> Mark Directory as 选择合适的选项（java为sources root、resource 为 resources root）
6. Preferences(windows和MAC入口有点区别) -> Maven ->importing ->将import Maven projects automatically选中，然后点击ok
7. pom.xml中配置

11. 配置tomcat，别忘了自己下载服务器，我这里用的是Tomcat9.0.20，按照图片顺序，点击ok
